The primary objective of ecaptureDtech (part of the CIMA HOLDING corporate group) is to strengthen the competitiveness of the technological products and services the Group offers to its clients, through the efficient design, execution, and maintenance of different technological projects, through the use of the organization’s available platforms, maintaining a special focus on the optimal management of the resources and processes used for their development.
The Policy has been approved by the Management of ecaptureDtech (part of the CIMA HOLDING corporate group), which commits to integrating said policy into daily management and operations, and to revising and communicating it annually to ensure its suitability.
To this end, the established objectives are:
• Identification of risks and opportunities based on the understanding of ecaptureDtech and the associated companies’ context, as well as on the expectations and needs of the stakeholders.
• Based on the previous point, the establishment of quality objectives aligned with this policy that allow for the continuous improvement of the processes defined by ecaptureDtech and the rest of the companies belonging to the CIMA HOLDING group, thus increasing its competitiveness within the environment in which it operates.
• Compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the client and its stakeholders, of the Quality Management System, and with other requirements undertaken by the organization.
• Design of quality products and services as the fundamental principal of ecaptureDtech and the rest of the companies in the CIMA HOLDING group, to pursue innovation and continuous improvement, with the aim of making people’s lives easier through efficiency and the constant search for new technological applications for ecaptureDtech and the rest of the group to develop, while upholding values such as simplicity, agility, and foresight.
• Involvement of everyone at ecaptureDtech and the rest of the companies in the CIMA HOLDING group through the effective assignment of functions, resources, and responsibilities, putting special attention on the awareness, training, and motivation of the professionals regarding the importance of their involvement and development in the Quality Management System and of their participation in complying with the expectations of the stakeholders and especially of the clients.
Compliance with these objectives guarantees that everyone who has an impact on the quality of the service and designed platforms focuses their activity on achieving client satisfaction.
This Policy applies to ecaptureDtech and the rest of the companies in the CIMA HOLDING group and is communicated to all its professionals to encourage their participation, involvement, and sense of responsibility in complying with this Policy and its procedures as it applies to their position.
